Project Vision

The vision for Baitek was to create a workplace that delivers functional, adaptable office environments within a refined architectural framework. Design Response

The building is organised across four office floors, providing flexible floorplates that can accommodate a variety of tenant requirements, from individual businesses to larger corporate occupiers. Efficient planning maximises usable office space while maintaining clear circulation, generous daylight, and strong visual connections throughout the building. A restrained architectural language reinforces the building's commercial character through carefully proportioned glazing, clean horizontal lines, and a contemporary material palette.

The façade balances transparency with solar performance, creating bright working environments while responding to Dubai's climate. The building also incorporates meeting facilities, business support spaces, integrated parking, and landscaped external areas that contribute to the wider public realm of Dubai Internet City, supporting interaction between businesses and strengthening the surrounding commercial community.
